Hedgehog Body Clock

Just watched the documentary on the Human Body Clock and what with all the small changes I'm having to make to my life, it was good to learn which other changes would be good and which wouldn't be. It would seem that 'Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and supper like a pauper' has more truth in it than just an old wives' saying. Splitting carbs and proteins has meant less food in the evening, so I'm on the right track there and also preferring exercise in late afternoon to the morning run. What a relief that I don't have to indulge in the morning jog! Back to the after school walk and evening yoga. I've now reached 57 kg - on track for 56kg at the weekend. Now all I have to do is get the sleep patterns on track. This time of year I'm in hedgehog hibernation mode. The bed's warm and I'm happy to sleep all day.
I know my passion for Le Tour does have an impact. Not that I can possibly wait for the recording - look what happened when I went to bed early - Johnny Hoogerland and Fletcha will never forgive me! It's bad enough that they will have to manage without me once I start work again - and they'll be in the mountains - oh dear.
